What You’ll Do:

• Provide a welcoming, “red-carpet” client experience by greeting clients, assisting with check-in, and ensuring a professional and organized intake process.
• Conduct initial client intake assessments, gather required information, and verify identification and supporting documentation.
• Capture and process client fingerprints, submit them to the FBI, and accurately scan/upload all related records into the case management system.
• Manage client documentation workflows, including scanning contracts, forms, and supporting materials, and preparing intake folders for internal teams.
• Coordinate client communications by answering and directing incoming calls, confirming appointments, and assisting with scheduling or rescheduling as needed.
• Collect client payments in accordance with established safety and handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized client-facing environment, including restocking supplies, preparing welcome kits, and ensuring reception readiness.
• Support operational efficiency by completing inventory checks and helping ensure client satisfaction aligns with established performance standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• 1–3 years of customer service or client-facing experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using standard business systems
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
