You'll evaluate patients who have been referred for nephrology care, assess their conditions, collaborate with the broader healthcare team, and help guide treatment plans to improve patient outcomes. Throughout your day, you'll build trusted relationships with patients, provide compassionate and knowledgeable care, and ensure all documentation and billing activities are completed accurately within 24 hours.
