A bit more about this role:

Design and deliver engaging training for internal Sales teams and external broker partners, with a focus on new-hire onboarding and ongoing education.

Own training initiatives end-to-end - identify needs, develop solutions and materials, deliver training, and evaluate effectiveness.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Product, and other teams to translate complex information into clear, practical learning.

Keep teams informed and confident as products, regulations, systems, and processes evolve in a fast-paced environment.

Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to create scalable, engaging training across live, virtual, self-directed, and resource-based learning.

Responsibilities and Impact will include:

• Own and deliver new-hire onboarding for internal Sales roles, including Sales Directors, Broker Managers, and Community Outreach Specialists.
• Design and facilitate ongoing Sales training based on business needs, product and process changes, compliance requirements, and performance opportunities.
• Develop and deliver training for external broker partners, including product education, process updates, and ongoing learning.
• Independently manage training initiatives from end to end, including needs assessment, objectives, timelines, stakeholder coordination, development, delivery, and measurement.
• Partner regularly with Sales Leadership, Training, Operations, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to understand needs, changes, and priorities.
• Create scalable job aids, reference materials, self-directed learning, and other resources that enable Sales teams and brokers to easily find and apply information.
• Maintain and continuously improve training content as products, systems, processes, regulations, and business priorities evolve.
• Translate complex healthcare, product, operational, and compliance information into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, performance metrics, and other available data, and use those insights to improve programs.
• Manage multiple priorities and training initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, attention to detail, and quality.
• Collaborate across teams to drive consistency in messaging, education, and processes throughout the organization.
• Support additional Sales enablement and education initiatives as business needs evolve.

Required skills and experience:

• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience, preferably supporting Medicare Advantage.
• 5+ years Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and delivering new-hire onboarding and ongoing training programs.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills across both in-person and virtual learning environments.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or learning authoring tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of initiatives from concept through completion.
• Adaptable and technology-forward, with an interest in leveraging technology and AI to improve learning, efficiency, and scalability.

Desired skills and experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in a sales position is preferred

Salary range: $60,000 - $100,000

The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
