You will act as a key technical partner to sales teams, guiding prospects through complex evaluations and demonstrating the value of advanced cloud data solutions. Accountabilities Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, challenges, and business objectives related to cloud data platforms. Own and execute proof-of-value initiatives, ensuring successful validation of solutions and alignment with customer requirements. Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate value and address specific use cases. Develop compelling business cases and ROI analyses to highlight cost savings and performance improvements. Act as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, guiding prospects and ensuring a strong technical win. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Capture customer feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product improvements. Requirements 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical pre-sales role within a B2B SaaS environment. Strong expertise in cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, including best practices and optimization strategies. Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions related to data platforms, cost optimization, or FinOps. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business value. Proven ability to build and present ROI-driven business cases to both technical and executive audiences. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
