We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Epic Integration & Strategy Consultant to lead a high-visibility healthcare platform assessment focused on Epic ecosystem optimization, enterprise integrations, and patient engagement strategy.

This is a senior-level consulting and advisory engagement for a healthcare organization evaluating how to maximize its investment in Epic while aligning Contact Center and patient engagement capabilities across the enterprise. The consultant will assess current-state architecture, integration strategies, interoperability frameworks, operational workflows, and platform ownership models while providing executive-level recommendations for future-state transformation.

This is not an implementation, administration, or production support role. We are seeking a strategic advisor who can bridge technology, operations, and business leadership while providing guidance on Epic-centered ecosystem planning and healthcare platform integration strategy.

Genesys Cloud CX experience is required but serves as one component of the broader Epic, patient engagement, and healthcare integration landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise assessments of Epic Contact Center, Patient Engagement, interoperability, and integration capabilities.
• Evaluate existing Epic architecture, workflows, integration points, and operational effectiveness across healthcare business functions.
• Assess current-state integrations between Epic and patient engagement, Contact Center, telephony, CRM, and healthcare technology platforms, including Genesys Cloud CX.
• Identify capability overlap, platform ownership opportunities, and future-state architecture recommendations.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for Epic optimization, patient experience enhancement, and healthcare technology alignment.
• Advise executive leadership on Epic platform strategy, governance, interoperability, and long-term technology direction.
• Analyze patient engagement journeys, Contact Center workflows, and operational processes to improve efficiency and experience outcomes.
• Facilitate discussions with executive stakeholders, operations leaders, clinical teams, IT leadership, architects, and business partners.
• Deliver executive presentations, strategic assessments, gap analyses, and modernization recommendations.
• Provide guidance on Epic rollout strategy, integration best practices, scalability, and organizational adoption initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare technology consulting, healthcare transformation, or enterprise platform strategy experience.
• Deep expertise with Epic implementations, integrations, interoperability, and patient engagement solutions.
• Proven experience leading Epic rollout initiatives, platform optimization programs, or enterprise healthcare transformation efforts.
• Strong hands-on experience integrating Epic with healthcare applications, telephony platforms, patient engagement technologies, CRM systems, and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards and integration frameworks, including HL7, FHIR, APIs, middleware, and related healthcare technologies.
• Experience conducting enterprise platform assessments, technology rationalization initiatives, and strategic roadmap engagements.
• Ability to translate complex technical integration concepts into executive-level business recommendations.
• Proven success influencing executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and consulting skills.
• Experience within healthcare providers, hospital systems, payer organizations, or healthcare consulting environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Contact Center, Cheers, MyChart, Patient Engagement, or related Epic ecosystem solutions.
• Experience integrating or evaluating Genesys Cloud CX within healthcare environments.
• Background in Contact Center transformation, patient access modernization, digital patient experience, or consumer engagement initiatives.
• Experience with healthcare cloud transformation, enterprise architecture, and platform governance.
