IT Support Analyst Milpitas, United States | Posted on 04/22/2026 Our client, a world leader in Semiconductors, is looking for an "IT Support Analyst" for Milpitas, CA Duration: 12+ Months (Potential Extension) Pay Rate: $38/hr on W2 with medical benefits, Paid sick leave and 401K Job Description: We are seeking a customer-focused Computer Support / IT Support Analyst to provide onsite and remote technical support in a corporate environment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting conference room technologies, managing IT tickets, and maintaining IT documentation and inventory. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Monitor and resolve ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets in a timely manner. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues. Support Zoom conference rooms, video conferencing systems, and onsite events. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and related equipment. Perform system maintenance, updates, virus scans, and hardware replacements. Maintain IT inventory and asset records. Set up and relocate workstations as needed. Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and support processes. Provide basic end-user training and assist with IT projects as required. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience providing IT support in a corporate environment. Experience supporting Zoom or video conferencing systems. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users. Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM best practices. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of IT support experience. Basic networking knowledge. Experience supporting Mac systems.
