What you get to do in this role:

• Provide world-class customer service and professionalism
• Take ownership of tasks and drive to swift resolution
• Receive and store hardware and consumable in stockrooms
• Maintain stockroom accuracy and order the hardware/consumable as needed
• Maintain and manage stockroom as per procedures
• Mark items using ID tags and adding into ServiceNow system
• Clean and maintain supplies to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Determine proper storage methods and stock location
• Dispose/Return damaged or defective items with vendors
• Ship items to remote locations as necessary
• Determine equipment required to increase productivity/efficiency
• Lift server or computer equipment weighing up to 45lbs.
• Work closely with management and other teams to support companywide projects
