We are currently looking for a skilled machinist to join our team!

This Machinist position will be responsible for performing specialized production machining operations to product specification. Responsibilities will include:

• Operating equipment such as CNC and Manual lathes, milling machines
• Reading and interpreting blueprints or drawings necessary to complete assignments
• Will use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to ensure in process or that finished product matches specified tolerances
• Prepare materials for machining
• Heat-treat and passivate product parts
• Cut and clean parts for rework

Requirements

Qualified applicants typically posses the following:


High School diploma or equivalent; a machining certification and 2-3 years of machining experience.


Good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to proficiently communicate in English both verbally and in writing. The ability to read and follow written instructions, and to follow verbal instructions, as well as the ability to recognize and solve problems. Basic Computer skills

Salary Description


$22-$30 per hour, depending on experience
