Cold Header / Thread Roller Job Summary $31.75 - $35.00 ( depending on experience)

1. st shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday
2. nd shift, 1:30pm to 10:00pm Monday-Friday
3. rd shift, 9:30pm to 6:00am Sunday-Thursday

Direct hire role with long term opportunity Set up and operate header equipment Load material and verify stock size Maintain tolerances with machine adjustments Inspect parts and record SPC data Move and weigh materials and parts Perform minor repairs on equipment Cold Header / Thread Roller Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of manufacturing experience required MUST have 2-3 years experience operating header/threader machines Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills Proficient math and communication skills Ability to read and understand part prints Basic computer skills, including Microsoft applications and email Why PROMAN Staffing?
