Residential Trash Bin Cleaning Sales Program

The GSB Sales Internship provides driven individuals the opportunity to develop essential skills in sales, persuasion, work ethic, and professional communication — all while representing a high-demand residential service: professional trash bin cleaning and sanitizing.

Internship Job Expectations

Develop, refine, and enhance sales skills to generate revenue through residential trash bin cleaning service contracts
Educate homeowners on the health, sanitation, and odor-control benefits of professional bin cleaning
Promote team success through friendly competition and a growth-focused mindset
Remain coachable and actively contribute ideas to strengthen team performance
Engage directly with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal sales processes
Demonstrate mastery of sales systems to advance to higher performance tiers
Effectively use provided technology and tracking tools to maximize efficiency
