A well-established and growing distributor in the HVAC, Building Automation, and Industrial markets is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Atlanta team. Known for top-tier service and strong vendor partnerships, this company supports contractors, OEMs, and system integrators across the Southeast.

The Customer Service Representative will play a critical role in supporting customers with product inquiries, order processing, and day-to-day service needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service via phone, email, and in-person
• Accurately enter and process orders using an ERP system
• Assist customers with product information and technical support (training provided)
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Handle returns, shipment tracking, and problem resolution professionally
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Support walk-in customers with their order needs
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or inside sales role
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Call Center experience
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environment

Preferred:

• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or industrial products
• Experience in a distribution or supply chain setting
• Familiarity with Salesforce
