Responsibilities The Portfolio Brand Ambassador will drive brand sales with a strong trade advocacy focus, held to quantitative and qualitative objectives. The PBA will represent the full brand portfolio, educate key trade stakeholders and consumers about the brand, and provide innovative beverage solutions for assigned influencer accounts. Identify opportunities in influencer accounts by leveraging current portfolio distribution points that are accepted by key trade stakeholders. Drive sales for the portfolio with trade-focused educational programs that emphasize the category rather than a single brand. Serve as the on-premise expert to identify opportunities in influencer accounts and capitalize on portfolio distribution. Conduct bar and wait staff trainings to ensure the brand portfolio is properly represented. Develop innovative beverage strategy solutions that leverage the brand portfolio. Collaborate with sales and distributors on brand portfolio and account activation. Showcase differentiating points and unique selling points between the brand portfolio and competitors. Create and foster relationships with key stakeholders: local trade community, sales, distributor, promoters, staff, and consumers. Design custom activities that focus on local trade relations to ensure a presence in influence accounts in respective markets. Conduct tastings and pairing dinners; monitor competitive trends. Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd Goal-oriented focus on tasks with quality and timeliness in mind. Strong communication skills across departments and with clients; maintain detailed schedules and provide timely updates. Problem-solving abilities and proactive troubleshooting when issues arise. Ability to work independently and in a team environment across multiple departments; effective cross-department communication. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
