Graphics & Website Admin. SpecialistGraphic Arts & Execution:You are adept in InDesign for print and digital applications, along with other popular graphics platforms.You have a meticulous attention to detail for taking existing graphics and revising them for size, language, call to action, copy and even images. You will work with an outside art director on original, larger or special projects for extensive redesign or when template changes are required.Be able to produce small scale projects (posters, flyers, etc.) within branding guidelines as directed.Graphics Assets Management: Management of asset files, including photography, videos, finished files, PDFs, templates, etc., in accordance with established, but evolving, filing structures is critical. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can meet demanding deadlines in the midst of last-minute changes, while working to build a process that reduces fire drills and encourages advanced planning. Know where assets are and be able to share with the team how to retrieve them so that functions are smooth if you are on holiday, etc.Website Content Updates, Forms, RelatedWorking with the WordPress website CMS, you will update events, post press releases and news, photos and make general updates as needed.When additional assistance is needed in the code or template, you will coordinate with marketing team members for review and timely updates that are more technical in natureBuild and revise landing pages in our CMS and/or in our lead optimization platform (currently Act-On). This includes building forms and populating distribution lists, and managing assets in Act-On, etc.Edit and upload approved videos to YouTubeFollowing best practices processes, post content and papers on website first and then, as determined by the Global Marketing Manager coordinate to post articles on social media including LinkedIn and Twitter in coordination with other marketing team members.Assist in layout of quarterly e-newsletter as well as monthly internal report. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned or as needs demand.Requirements:4-year college degree in graphic arts/communication or related experienceProficient in WordPress, Google Analytics and other common website related programsProficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop) and related programs as well as typical social media tools.Video production and editing skills highly desired. (Adobe Premiere)Collaborate with all team members.Attention to detail a must and proven ability to meet multiple deadlines.Possess excellent and clear communication skills.Ability to complete multiple, multi-level moving projects on timeAbility to collaborate in a multi-cultural environment with global team membersMulti lingual is a plus3-5 year’s work experience required
