Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member Part Time in Chicago - IL Replies within 24 hours State Farm Insurance Agency in Chicago 60618 (North Side) seeks a local candidate for a Part‑Time State Farm Associate/Agent Team Member. We prefer candidates with a 20‑minute commute to our office. We seek candidates who are within a 20‑minute commute to our Chicago 60618 north‑side office for this part‑time opportunity. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm Insurance products and services. Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information. Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agent's licensed team members. Provide initial information to potential customers and answer basic questions about insurance options. Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions. Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards. Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling. Qualifications Proficiency in using CRM software. Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Enthusiastic, highly motivated, positive attitude, coachable, and able to receive feedback. Organizational skills. Strong work ethic. Fast learner. Candidate must be available during our Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm office hours (day/hours TBD). Insurance licensed or able to acquire insurance licenses as soon as possible if not licensed.
