Jason S Allen DDS MS PA is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Front Desk team member to join our practice in Jacksonville, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of our dental office while keeping daily operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a patient-focused environment and love being the heartbeat of a busy dental practice, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming front office experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software
- Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently
- Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and account balances
- Answer multi-line phone system, respond to patient inquiries, and manage voicemails
- Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Prior dental front desk or dental administrative experience preferred
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
- Professional, dependable, and a true team player
