Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Specialist in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Pre-Employment Requirement: Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123) What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and support property rules and after-hours access procedures in accordance with post instructions. Assist with alarms, disturbances, and/or other property-related concerns while maintaining a professional presence and providing clear information to occupants and guests. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
