About the Role McMichael & Gray, PC is a full-service law firm seeking a Receptionist/Post‑Closer to join the team. The ideal candidate is a team player who maintains a professional and positive demeanor. Key Responsibilities Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at the reception. Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner. Observing business etiquette and maintaining a professional appearance. Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to intended recipients. Ordering and replenishing office supplies. Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, and emailing as needed. Preparing refreshments when required. Managing front‑desk operations, greeting clients, and handling incoming communications. Performing post‑closing tasks, document processing, and general office support. Qualifications & Skills Professional demeanor. Excellent communication and phone etiquette. Ability to multitask. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Experience with SoftPro Select is a plus.
