This individual will oversee the daily operations of assigned restaurant, lounge, bar, and in-room dining operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and associate engagement.Position OverviewThe Outlets Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlets. This position provides direct leadership to supervisors and front-line associates, ensures adherence to Hotel ZaZa service standards, drives guest satisfaction, and supports financial objectives through effective labor, inventory, and operational management.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and is passionate about developing associates while delivering exceptional service experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and room service operations.Ensure compliance with Hotel ZaZa brand standards, service standards, and departmental operating procedures.Monitor outlet cleanliness, appearance, and overall guest experience.Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily goals, priorities, and service expectations.Ensure staffing levels are appropriate to support business demands.Monitor service flow and make operational adjustments to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.Support banquet functions, special events, and VIP guest experiences as needed.Maintain outlet readiness and operational excellence at all times.Build positive relationships with hotel guests and restaurant patrons.Proactively identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations.Address guest concerns and service recovery situations in a professional and timely manner.Monitor guest satisfaction scores, online reviews, and guest feedback.Implement service improvement initiatives when necessary.Supervise, coach, and develop supervisors, servers, bartenders, hosts, food runners, and other outlet associates.Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new associates.Conduct performance coaching and provide ongoing development opportunities.Ensure associates understand and follow departmental standards and expectations.Promote teamwork, accountability, and positive associate relations.Administer coaching, Records of Conversation, and progressive discipline in partnership with Human Resources.Support departmental budgeting and cost-control initiatives.Monitor labor costs and scheduling effectiveness.Assist with inventory management and purchasing controls.Review daily sales performance and operational reports.Identify opportunities to improve revenues, productivity, and profitability.Ensure proper cash-handling and financial control procedures are followed.Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.Verify compliance with TABC regulations and responsible alcohol service standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.Complete scheduling, payroll review, and departmental reporting.Monitor attendance, productivity, and associate performance.Participate in departmental meetings and hotel leadership meetings as assigned.Communicate operational updates effectively across departments.Perform other duties as assigned by management.QualificationsPassion for delivering exceptional guest service.Strong leadership and coaching abilities.Excellent competing demands.Strong conflict-resolution and guest-recovery skills.Basic financial acumen with understanding of labor and cost management.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Point-of-Sale systems.Professional appearance and demeanor.Preferred QualificationsPrevious management experience in a luxury hotel, resort, boutique hotel, or upscale dining environment.Experience managing restaurants, bars, lounges, or hotel Food & Beverage outlets.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Food Handler Certification and TABC Certification.Experience with inventory, purchasing, and labor management systems.Bilingual communication skills are a plus.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts.Ability to move throughout multiple outlet locations regularly.Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift as necessary.Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.Work EnvironmentRestaurant, lounge, patio, banquet, and hotel food service outlets.Frequent interaction with guests, vendors, and team members.Fast-paced hospitality environment with varying levels of activity.Evening shifts required, including weekends, holidays,
