Were adding a Hospitalist Nocturnist Physician to our team at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton in Easton, Maryland. Practice Highlights: Dedicated nocturnist position Daily Encounters: 114 14 Physician / 8 APP hospitalist team 1620 patients per Physician with structured coverage 1214 patients per APP with defined roles Open ICU model; procedures not required Intensivists onsite until ~5 PM, then on call EMR: Epic What your practice will look like: Youll work overnight in a structured hospitalist program with clearly defined nocturnist responsibilities and strong APP support. The model supports efficient workflows and team-based care, allowing for consistent, high-quality inpatient care in a well-supported environment.
