Locum tenens opportunity Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible OB/GYN IMLC providers welcome EFM certification required through NCC NPDB self-query required with presentation Start date will be approximately 90 days from receipt of application Seeking an OB/GYN to provide consistent clinic and call coverage Client is open to utilizing one or two providers who can consistently cover at least 2-3 days per week for both clinic and call Providers must be available for consistent weekly clinic coverage, at least 6 weekday call shifts per month, and one weekend per month Weekday call shifts may be consecutive or spread throughout the month based on provider availability and departmental needs Weekend-only availability cannot be considered Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Clinic includes new and follow-up OB patients as well as acute GYN visits Average clinic volume: approximately 22 patients per day 15-minute follow-up appointments and 30-minute new patient appointments Two weekdays per week include 24-hour GYN call with backup OB call One weekend per month: Saturday 8:00 AM-Monday 8:00 AM Weekend coverage includes GYN call and backup OB call Backup call is 8:00 AM-8:00 AM Locum physician may be called into the hospital for a GYN case Currently, the locum physician provides backup support for OB; this could transition to primary call in the future Physicians are rarely called in while providing backup coverage; if called in, it is typically to assist with a case at the hospitalist's request Full administrative and clinical support team On-site sonography services EMR: Epic Allow RecruitWell to coordinate a phone call with you and the client to discuss additional details About the Area Located on Maryland's scenic Eastern Shore Waterfront community offering boating, fishing, dining, and outdoor recreation Easy access to Annapolis, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and Delaware beaches Charming historic downtown with restaurants, shopping, and cultural attractions Excellent quality of life with a slower pace and beautiful Chesapeake Bay surroundings What RecruitWell Provides A+ rated malpractice coverage Weekly direct deposit 24/7 dedicated recruiter support Professional onboarding and credentialing Prepaid travel and lodging (no flights) RecruitWell's Core Values Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
