Location: RemoteJob Type: Independent Contractor (1099)Compensation: Commission OnlySales Format: Phone / TelesalesExperience Required: NoneWe are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives.No previous insurance experience is required, and you do not need to currently hold an insurance license to apply.This is a fully remote, phone-based sales opportunity. Representatives speak with prospective clients, identify their life insurance needs, explain available coverage options, and assist qualified clients with the application process.Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with prospective clients by phoneConduct life insurance appointments through telesalesIdentify client needs, goals, and budgetsExplain available life insurance products and coverage optionsAssist clients with completing insurance applicationsFollow up with prospective clientsMaintain accurate client informationParticipate in virtual training and team meetingsContinue developing product knowledge and sales skillsQualificationsNo previous insurance experience requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable speaking with clients over the phoneSelf-motivated and goal-orientedCoachable and willing to learnProfessional and dependableAble to work independently in a remote environmentWilling to obtain the appropriate insurance licenseLicensingAn insurance license is not required to apply.Before conducting insurance sales, representatives must obtain and maintain the appropriate insurance license for the state or states in which they conduct insurance business. Licensing requirements vary by state.Guidance through the licensing process is provided.CompensationThis is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only sales opportunity.There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary. Compensation is based on individual sales production and applicable commission schedules.
