IT Systems Engineer

HarmonyTech is seeking a IT Systems Engineer to support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. Experience supporting Windows Servers is preferred. The System Engineer will be responsible for supporting IT systems, including day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all of the client problems. Position is available in Washington DC, requires public trust clearance, and US citizenship. Required Skills At least 4 years of experience in system administration roles for enterprise software applications Experienced with SSO implementation Administration of Microsoft Windows Server Strong ability to write and manage PowerShell scripts Knowledge of SolarWinds & other performance monitoring tools Experience working on Agile teams Desired Skills Experience working with SQL Server Database Experience implementing DevOps is highly desired Federal Government consulting experience Federal Government Public Trust clearance System Engineer certification Strong analytical skills Education Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field If you are interested and feel that you would excel in the position, we invite you to apply.
