Admissions Counselor - Addiction Recovery Team Lead

Groups Recover Together, Inc. is seeking an Admissions Counselor to lead the treatment team and coordinate member care, alongside providers and care navigators. You will perform intake assessments, document progress, and support members through the treatment process.
