This role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home environment while engaging with clients across Tucson, Arizona, and beyond. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT within our organization, your primary duties will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples, families, and individuals, using a client-centered approach to develop tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, addressing issues such as communication barriers and conflict resolution, while also providing individual therapy as needed.
\n
• Offering specialized support for various family dynamics, including blended families, separation and divorce adjustments, and grief and loss counseling.
\n
• Identifying and treating a wide range of mental health issues, such as alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, job-related stress, and adjustment disorders.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy, to improve patient outcomes.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the organization to provide holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

In this role, you will work directly with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various challenges. You will specialize in assisting clients struggling with relationship issues, trauma, addiction, and other mental health concerns, fostering a supportive environment where clients feel safe and understood. Compensation and Benefits\n
