• Experience: Minimum 2 years PICU experience; cross-training in Adult ICU and Med/Tele preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a 6-bed PICU, managing complex diagnoses such as MS, DKA, Sepsis, Respiratory Failure, and Post-Op Spinal or Hip surgeries
• Administer medications, titrate pressors, insulin, heparin, and sedation agents
• Perform invasive procedures including CVL, peripheral blood draws, wound care, drains, and wound vacs
• Monitor patients via telemetry, use IV pumps, and operate pharmacy dispensing systems
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care
• Support float responsibilities to Adult ICU and Med/Tele units as needed (if experienced)
• Participate in hospital orientation and complete competency assessments

What You Need:

• Valid RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years PICU experience
• Strong IV, medication titration, and invasive procedure skills
• Ability to pass EKG competency exam

• Experience working in adult ICU or Med/Tele units
• Cross-training in additional specialties
• Comfort with titration of pressors, sedation, and pain management
