Robert Half's enterprise client is looking for an Event Project Manager to lead content planning and execution for large-scale events and conferences. This role will partner closely with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to manage event content workstreams, keep projects on track, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful event delivery from planning through post-event analysis.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in ambiguity, proactively solves problems, and has experience managing complex programs with multiple dependencies and high visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of event content workstreams and key milestones.
• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and escalate risks proactively.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Analyze post-event results and provide recommendations for future improvements.

• 3+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in events, experiential marketing, or content-driven programs.

• Demonstrated ability to manage several priorities at once in a fast-paced environment with limited oversight.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present updates and complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

• Experience using project and event management platforms such as Microsoft 365, Airtable, RainFocus, or Cvent.

• Solid analytical skills with confidence interpreting data and using insights to improve future planning and execution.

• Proven ability to work effectively across multiple teams and navigate ambiguity while keeping programs moving forward.

• Familiarity with standard event marketing practices and content planning processes.

• Project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 is a plus.
