How You'll Achieve It Own daily property operations, from vendor coordination and inspections to safety and compliance checks. Set clear expectations and structure for your team, with defined processes and consistent accountability. Maintain airtight records: leases, move-out reconciliations, renewals, and financial documentation reviewed and accurate. Apply sound judgment to leasing and resident matters, ensuring communications are professional, timely, and well-documented. Manage collections and deposits with precision, in full alignment with Company financial policy. Walk the property daily, tracking maintenance and safety standards against a defined checklist. Maintain compliance across housing paperwork, audits, and reporting to ownership or lenders, with zero tolerance for gaps. Compensation for this role is aligned with the scope and responsibilities of a community manager position.
