We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less) Key Responsibilities: Stock bar, mix and serve alcoholic beverages, assist in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records Maintain inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products and communicate with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed Ensure compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management Communicate guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager Perform opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilize Point of Sale system Review banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events Serve catered parties from service or portable bars Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food promptly after preparation Incorporate safe work practices in job performance Perform other duties as required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of bartending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must be at least 21 years of age to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol Other Qualifications: Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties Alcohol Awareness Training Open availability required Valid driver's license required (golf cart and beverage cart may be used as part of this position) Regular and reliable attendance Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Additional Compensation – Eligibility for Service Charge Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.
