A law firm seeks an Investment Funds Associate with expertise in managing structured securities offerings to join their team in Houston, TX. Duties
- Manage structured securities offerings for investment funds.
- Represent clients in real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to achieve successful outcomes.
- Produce high-quality work products and meet deadlines.
- Engage in both physical and sedentary activities as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in structured securities offerings.
- Experience with commercial real estate law preferred.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Education
JD degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admitted to practice in the state of office location.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and business judgment skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
