Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in one-on-one, couple, and family sessions tailored to diverse backgrounds and situations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and treatment modifications in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Coordinate with other healthcare providers and community resources to create a holistic approach to client care, ensuring all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, webinars, and reviewing literature, to stay updated with best practices in the field.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that promote social skills and interpersonal relationships among participants.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly involve serving a diverse clientele, including individuals facing issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, family dynamics, and significant life changes. You will be equipped to address varying levels of mental health challenges and customize your therapeutic approach accordingly. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their journeys toward healing and self-improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in accordance with Maryland state regulations.

• Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years) in providing therapy, with a focus on evidence-based approaches that effectively address client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

• A solid understanding of mental health best practices and adherence to ethical guidelines in the therapeutic setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and a comfort level in utilizing technology for virtual client engagement.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 100,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
