Talent Acquisition CoordinatorHarlem Children's Zone (HCZ) — a world-renowned education and poverty-fighting organization based in New York — seeks an organized, proactive, and mission-aligned Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition Team.The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will bring a passion for the mission of Harlem Children's Zone: break the cycle of intergenerational poverty with comprehensive, on-the-ground programming that builds up opportunities for children and families to thrive in school, work, and life.The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in creating a seamless, high-quality experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. This role supports end-to-end recruiting operations across HCZ and Promise Academy by managing interview logistics, maintaining job postings in Workable, shepherding candidate communications, tracking hiring data, and executing key administrative processes that allow Recruiters and hiring managers to operate efficiently. The Coordinator ensures accuracy, consistency, and "white glove" communication at every step, helping HCZ maintain strong hiring operations and a positive employer brand.
