Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment efforts for the organization, working closely with hiring leaders and internal teams to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences, aligning successfully with the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion. Job Title: Senior Recruiter Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: onsite 3 days a week) Pay Range: $43.75 What's the Job? Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates. Partner directly with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and guide talent acquisition strategies. Deliver a top-tier candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey. Collaborate effectively with a team of recruiters, recruitment coordinators, and onboarding specialists to ensure seamless hiring processes. Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage workflows, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance. What's Needed? Minimum of 3+ years of experience in corporate recruitment, preferably within the financial services, banking, payments, fintech, or related industries. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRMs such as Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Taleo, Eightfold, Workday, Bullhorn, or SuccessFactors. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills. What's in it for me?
