Remote (U.S.) | $50K–$125K Base + Uncapped Commission

RestaurantZone is an established national direct-hire/permanent placement recruiting and executive search firm seeking an experienced sales professional to close recruiting agreements, develop client relationships, and generate revenue. We provide active inbound leads, existing clients, experienced recruiters, and extensive sourcing resources.

Required Experience: Prior agency recruiting or staffing sales experience is required, preferably in direct-hire/permanent placement or executive search. This position is intended for experienced recruiting industry professionals, not candidates transitioning into recruiting for the first time.

We're especially interested in producers with established, transferable direct-hire client books, but exceptional closers without a book are also encouraged to apply.

This is a hands-on sales role, not a traditional people-management position. Our focus is permanent placement, not temporary or contract staffing.

What You'll Do

Sales & Business Development

• Close direct-hire recruiting agreements, retainers, and placement opportunities
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and existing relationships
• Reactivate dormant accounts and expand existing clients
• Sell contingency, retained, management, and executive search services
• Develop recurring and multi-location client relationships

Account Management

• Partner with recruiting teams to drive interviews, placements, and repeat business
• Manage client relationships and resolve hiring obstacles

Strategic Recruiting, Additional Earning Opportunity

• Personally recruit and close select searches
• Manage candidates through interviews, offers, and placements
• Earn additional commissions on personal placements, separate from sales commissions

Who We're Looking For

• Proven agency direct-hire/permanent placement recruiting or executive search sales experience preferred
• Strong closing, negotiation, and business development skills
• Verifiable revenue production; $250K+ in annual individual direct-hire revenue preferred
• Ability to close inbound opportunities and independently generate business
• Personally developed, transferable direct-hire client relationships strongly preferred
• $500K–$2M+ in historical annual direct-hire client-book revenue especially valued
• Full-desk recruiting experience a plus; exceptional closers without a book welcome

Preferred Industries

Primary: Restaurants, hospitality, hotels, resorts, foodservice, and franchise/multi-unit operations.

Additional: Real estate, retail/CPG, manufacturing, logistics, construction, finance/accounting, and healthcare.

Strong direct-hire producers from other industries are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Base Salary: $50,000–$125,000 + Uncapped Commission

Higher base compensation is reserved for established producers with substantial, verifiable client relationships and a credible path to generating $500K–$1M+ in annual new direct-hire revenue , with the highest compensation reserved for exceptional producers capable of generating $1M–$2M+ annually .

The strength and realistic transferability of an established direct-hire client book are the primary determining factors for higher base compensation. Historical production, closing ability, and experience are also considered.

Additional Earnings

• Uncapped commissions on eligible sales revenue
• Additional commissions through personal recruiting placements
• Opportunities to grow recurring client revenue

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125K–$275K+
