Senior Financial PlannerThe Senior Financial Planner is responsible for delivering personalized financial planning and exceptional client service to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. This role partners closely with clients, advisors, and internal teams to develop customized financial plans, manage ongoing relationships, and provide a high-touch, consultative experience. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients navigate complex financial decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare for and lead client meetingsGather, organize, and analyze client financial informationDevelop customized financial plans, insurance illustrations, and financial scenariosCommunicate investment recommendations in collaboration with advisory teamsTrack planning milestones and follow up on action itemsDeliver proactive client service and ongoing relationship managementManage client onboarding and support ongoing service needsMaintain accurate records in CRM and financial planning systemsRespond to client inquiries and provide trusted financial guidanceCultivate client relationships through thoughtful engagement and referral developmentRequirementsMinimum 2 years of financial planning or related experienceSeries 7 and Series 66 licenses requiredCFP designation preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience within the financial services and insurance industry preferredFamiliarity with CRM and financial planning software (Salesforce, eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or similar)Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and OutlookProfessional, proactive, and adaptable approach to client serviceCommitment to confidentiality and regulatory compliance Ebs Recruiters
