YogaSix in Glen Mills, PA is looking for a passionate and driven General Manager to lead our boutique fitness studio to new heights. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your love of wellness with your leadership skills, creating an exceptional experience for members and staff alike. - Oversee all day-to-day studio operations, ensuring a seamless and premium member experience
- Drive membership sales, retention strategies, and revenue growth goals
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing team of front desk staff and instructors
- Develop and execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives to grow studio visibility
- Monitor studio KPIs, budgets, and financial performance to meet targets
- Maintain studio cleanliness, safety standards, and brand compliance
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating studio culture aligned with the YogaSix brand
- 3+ years of management experience, preferably in boutique fitness, wellness, or hospitality
- Proven track record in sales, membership growth, or business development
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing staff schedules
- Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with studio management software (ClubReady or similar platforms a plus)
- Passion for yoga, fitness, and the wellness industry
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Base Salary: $55,000 per year
- Performance Bonus: Up to $20,000 annually
- Total Earning Potential: Up to $75,000 per year
