Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Driver Helper 1st Shift Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Worker - Driver Helper where you will play a crucial role in efficiently loading and unloading trucks with cases of beer and liquor. You will support our drivers who make approximately 50 stops per day. This role requires the ability to handle hand carts, navigate stairs and ramps, and adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.

• Load and unload trucks with up to 600 cases of beer and liquor per shift.
• Support drivers with deliveries, including the use of hand carts.
• Navigate stairs and ramps with loads.
• Consistently lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and maintain quality standards.

• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Experience in warehouse packing, picking, and using an RF scanner.

• Order picking and pulling experience.
• Loading and unloading trucks.

Our clean and organized warehouse operates on a 1st shift schedule from 6am to 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday, with shifts lasting 10 to 12 hours or until all stops are completed. You will work alongside a team of 25 people, each provided with a personal locker.

This is a Contract position based out of Hartland, WI.

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
