Hardware Technician Position - Hardware Technician Job Location - Hartland, WI Starting Date - Immediate Employment Term - Temp-to-Hire Employment Type - Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday: 5:00 A.M-2:00 P.M; Friday: 6:00 A.M-10:00 A.M Starting Pay - $19.50 Benefits - Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education - High School Diploma/GED Required Experience - At least 3 years of experience Responsibilities

- Use knowledge of power/hand tools to assemble, troubleshoot, and repair steel poles
- Use MIG welding skills to weld handles and bend poles to proper specifications
- Cut wire to appropriate lengths and customer specifications
- Use machine shop/tool fabrication experience as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- At least 3 years of experience as a hardware technician
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent measuring skills, experience with hand and power tools, and MIG welding experience
- Experience with machine shops and fabrication
- Ability to read schematics
