Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Mentor, OH. The Sales Engineer will work with customer product engineers to understand customer requirements, prepare proposals, and demonstrate how Progage's solutions meet technical and business needs. Daily responsibilities include researching and concepting proposals, estimating and preparing quotations, answering technical questions, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves working directly with customers to resolve issues, gather feedback, and help optimize the use of products and services. The Sales Engineer will also contribute to documentation, support training activities, and assist in developing tools and materials that improve the sales process.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Engineering and Technical Support skills to explain complex solutions and assist customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage accounts, and support a positive customer experience.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Relevant experience in a technical or engineering field, preferably in the airfoil or investment casting industry. Tool design experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Mentor, OH, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks. xhyhwjd
• Strong CAD skills with Solidworks or NX.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
