The Preserve, a Cardinal Senior Living community in Mentor, Ohio, is looking for aSales Director who knows how to create relationships, build a pipeline, follow through, and turn interest into move-ins.This is not a passive admissions role.You’ll own the sales process fromfirst inquiry through move-in, while becoming a visible relationship-builder throughout the Mentor community and surrounding healthcare market.You’ll probably love this role if you like to: Meet new people and build relationships quicklyTurn inquiries into tours and tours into move-insFollow up consistently without sounding scripted or transactionalHelp families navigate difficult and emotional decisionsBuild referral relationships throughout the local communityWork toward clear goals and know exactly where your pipeline standsSolve problems instead of waiting for someone else to fix themPartner with clinical and operational leaders to create a great move-in experienceCompete, win, and see the results of your workWhat You’ll OwnDrive Occupancy You’ll manage the full sales pipeline for The Preserve, including:Responding quickly to inquiries and referralsConducting discovery conversations and community toursBuilding relationships with prospective residents and familiesFollowing up consistently throughout the decision processOvercoming objections and helping families identify the right solutionCoordinating admissions and move-ins with community leadershipMaintaining strong visibility to leads, tours, deposits, move-ins, and occupancy goalsBuild The Preserve in the Market Great sales leaders don’t wait for leads to appear.You’ll build and maintain relationships with:Hospitals and discharge plannersPhysicians and medical practicesRehabilitation and skilled nursing providersHome health and hospice organizationsSenior resource organizationsLocal businesses and community partnersThe goal is simple:when someone in Northeast Ohio needs senior living, we want The Preserve to be part of the conversation.What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience insales, admissions, marketing, business development, or a highly relationship-driven roleStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsExcellent follow-up and organizational disciplineComfort working toward measurable sales and occupancy goalsAbility to manage multiple prospects at different stages of the sales processValid driver’s licenseSenior living, healthcare, hospitality, or local referral-development experience is strongly preferred.Why The Preserve?
