Account Manager - Dental (DSO)

Expand and manage sales relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) across the U.S., ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within DSO organizations (clinical directors, operations managers, procurement, C-suite). Oversee and maintain relationships with DSO corporate accounts, ensuring effective collaboration and performance. Gain in-depth knowledge of SHINING 3D's dental 3D scanning and intraoral scanner solutions for digital dentistry workflows. Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies. Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher. 3+ years of sales experience in the dental industry, specifically with digital dentistry solutions (intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM, 3D printing), with proven experience selling to DSOs or large group practices. Deep understanding of DSO business models, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), and multi-location decision-making processes. Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills. Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills. Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to 60%) across the U.S. Proficiency in English.
