Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager who leads with clarity, thinks ahead, and owns outcomes. This is a strategic operator role. Someone who understands how modern marketing works across channels, can connect the dots between strategy and performance, and keeps everything moving in the right direction. You’ll lead client relationships, guide strategy execution, and ensure programs deliver real business results. You stay close to the work, the data, and the performance, and you step in when something needs attention. This role is fully remote, with optional access to our riverfront office in Oshkosh, WI. Team members meet in person once a month for collaboration, so applicants must live within 200 miles of Oshkosh. Who We're Looking For Experience & Skills 3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a similar role Experience managing multiple clients in an agency environment Strong understanding of how marketing channels work together to drive results Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into clear direction Experience leading client communication and strategy discussions Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Mindset & Behaviors Obsessively Curious : You are naturally driven to understand what actually drives results, not just execute tasks. You must live within 200 miles of Oshkosh, WI, and be able to travel to the Oshkosh office at least once each month.
