Sales Operations Analyst

Yoobi, a purpose-driven company with giving at its core, is seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Head of Marketing to scale an iconic brand, amplify its social mission, and translate ambitious growth into measurable consumer and commercial results.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Head of Marketing is Yoobi's senior marketing leader, reporting to the CEO and serving on the executive leadership team. This role leads an established multidisciplinary team across brand, insights, integrated marketing, social and creator, retail and customer marketing, partnerships and licensing, communications, and social impact.
We are looking for a proven high-growth CPG builder who is equally comfortable operating at the executive level and rolling up their sleeves to move the work forward. Success requires strong judgment, pace, creativity, commercial instinct, and experience leading complex, cross-functional launches with major license or strategic partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Brand and Business Growth: Own and lead Yoobi's marketing agenda, translating company growth priorities into focused plans that strengthen the brand, generate consumer demand, and accelerate commercial performance. Partner with Sales and Product Development to turn distribution growth, product innovation, and new categories into retail velocity, sell-through, and repeat purchase.
• Retail Media and Customer Marketing: Own retail media and customer marketing across key retail partners, including shopper programs, digital retailer activation, CRM, email, website, and retailer-specific plans that drive awareness, conversion, retail velocity, and measurable growth.
• GIVE and Social Impact: Lead Yoobi's social mission, ensuring GIVE delivers meaningful impact, strengthens the Yoobi brand and story, increases program visibility, and builds high-value partnerships with KINF and new mission-aligned organizations.
• Large-Scale Activations and Partnerships: Lead major cross-functional launches and marketing activations, including programs with global license and strategic partners. Align the consumer proposition, creative, channel plans, approvals, milestones, and execution from concept through launch.
• Social, Creator and Brand Communications: Lead social, creator, content, PR, communications, and cultural marketing, ensuring Yoobi shows up with relevance, speed, consistency, and a distinctive point of view that builds awareness, engagement, advocacy, and conversion.
• Team Leadership and Organizational Development: Lead and develop Yoobi's multidisciplinary marketing team, creating clarity, accountability, strong operating rhythms, and a culture of ownership, collaboration, pace, and high performance. Anticipate the structure, roles, and capabilities Yoobi will need as it grows.
• Performance and Investment: Own the marketing budget, investment framework, scorecard, and reporting cadence. Direct resources toward the highest-impact opportunities and connect marketing activity to consumer, brand, retail, and business outcomes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 10+ years of progressive consumer marketing experience, including significant leadership experience in CPG or a closely related consumer products category
• Proven experience scaling a consumer brand through significant revenue, distribution, portfolio, or organizational growth, ideally within a high-growth, entrepreneurial CPG company
• Strong understanding of the U.S. retail landscape, retail media, customer marketing, and the relationship between brand investment, consumer demand, retail velocity, and revenue
• Broad leadership experience across brand, integrated marketing, retail and customer marketing, digital, social and creator, communications, insights, and performance measurement
• Experience leading major cross-functional launches and activations; experience with global entertainment, character, lifestyle, or other licensed partnerships is strongly preferred
• Commercially and analytically strong, with experience owning meaningful marketing budgets, allocating investment, and improving ROI
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, assessing capabilities, and designing the organization needed for future growth
• An entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who can operate at the executive level while staying close enough to the work to challenge, unblock, and accelerate execution across geographies, cultures, and time zones
