Administration Assistant (Part-Time)


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour


We are seeking a dependable and professional Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and enjoys working with the public.


Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
File and organize paperwork
Review and check invoices for accuracy
Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Assist customers and visitors in a professional manner
Support office operations as needed
Requirements:
Clean background check
Reliable transportation
Pleasant and professional personality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well with the public
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
