This is a great opportunity to build a career in a specialized and essential industry with a team that values collaboration and professional growth.What You'll Do:Coordinate day-to-day scheduling for Service Technicians, managing communication between customers, technicians, and internal team members to keep everyone informed and on trackSupport ongoing customer needs by maintaining preventative maintenance contracts, coordinating repair estimates, ordering parts, scheduling work, and processing customer billingMaintain customer documentation in compliance with ammonia refrigeration regulations based on geographic requirementsContribute to a collaborative, positive, and professional team environmentRole Structure:You'll be primarily focused in one of three areas while cross-trained to support all functions as business needs arise:Tech Dispatch / Customer InteractionService QuotesParts Ordering & InventoryCompensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annuallyWe offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, a 401(k) with up to 5% company match, and a variety of supplemental benefits available to fit your needs.Locations: Fresno, CA | Modesto, CASchedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours, with some on-call availability.
