About the Role:
Bright Horizon Care LLC is looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts for our restoration division in Huntington Beach, CA. Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restoration industry, including water, fire, and mold remediation sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate professionals, and contractors
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Represent Bright Horizon Care LLC at networking events, trade shows, and industry associations
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
• Track leads, pipeline activity, and sales metrics using CRM software
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities in the restoration space

Requirements:

• 2+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in restoration, construction, or a related field
• Established network of referral sources such as insurance agents, adjusters, or property managers is a strong plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
