Licensed Medicare Agent

Supporting individuals eligible for Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP), the full-time Licensed Medicare Agent will engage in compassionate telesales conversations, guiding prospective members through their Medicare and Medicaid options while working remotely. Key responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective DSNP Medicare members, focusing on sales, education, and enrollment Guide individuals through Dual Special Needs Plan options, helping them understand Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility Meet performance expectations around sales goals, call quality, conversion metrics, and schedule adherence Required qualifications Active Health or Health & Life license Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience Comfortable working across multiple software systems Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
