Terros Health is looking for a licensed Clinician for our Stapley location in Mesa, AZ Full Time 40 hours/week 5-8's 2 Evening Shifts Preferred (ie., 11:30am-8pm) Near US-60/ Stapley Drive Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS EMDR Trained is a PLUS Experience With DV Groups Or Treatment Is a Plus Starting at $23.42-24.47 for BHT level therapists (Master's Required) $57,000-$64,000 for associate level therapists (0-5 years experience: $57K-$60K / 5+ years of experience: $61K-$64,150) $70,000+ for independent licensed therapists (0-5 years experience: $70,000-$73,450 / 5-10 years of experience:$75K-$78,500 / 10+ years of experience: $80K-$83K) ADDITIONAL Language Differential Pay Available: Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili or ASL

• 1/hour (Approximately $2,080 Annually) for unlicensed Clinicians
• 2/hour (approximately $4160) for licensed Clinicians.

Duties Include Provide outpatient counseling services which may include adults, children, adolescents, families, couples and groups using the Triple Aim framework of “Better health for the population, better care for the individual and lower cost per capita." Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with clients; Ability to determine and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions Participate in treatment planning with each individual and/or family to improve overall health Responsible for intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling through evidence-based practices. Thorough understanding of clinical documentation requirements and procedures; Charts progress, maintains clinical records and ensures implementation of treatment and discharge plans.
