STAFFING COORDINATOR – FT

Shift: Evening Responsibilities The Nursing Staff Coordinator (Staffing Coordinator) is responsible for keeping all hospital units fully staffed in order for staff to properly care for patients within the facility. The Staffing Coordinator manages the shift master scheduling software system, adjusting staffing levels based on census fluctuations, call‑ins and pre‑planned leaves of absence to ensure adequate coverage of all shifts. This position is a key contributor and member of the Nursing Management Team and reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred. 1–3 years’ experience required.
