OverviewLutron is seeking a Sales Services Manager to drive service excellence and operational effectiveness across Japan. This role is responsible for leading all service-related functions and ensuring that service is a key differentiator in winning and growing business.Supporting Lutron’s three core segments in Japan: Commercial, Hospitality, and Luxury Residential.
