Technical Inside Sales Representative (m/w/d)

Responsibilities Aktive Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung eines fest definierten Kundenstamms bzw. Vertriebsgebietes in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst Proaktive telefonische Kundenansprache/Akquise (Inbound & Outbound) zur Identifikation neuer Verkaufschancen und Projekte Strukturierte Ermittlung von Kundenanforderungen mit Fokus auf konkrete Verkaufsprojekte und Identifikation von Up- und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen Eigenständige Angebotserstellung im ERP-System: technische Klärung, Kalkulation und kaufmännische Bewertung Konsequente Nachverfolgung von Angeboten sowie Steuerung des gesamten Sales-Cycles von der Opportunity bis zum Auftrag Tender-Management: Fachliche Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen komplexer Angebotsprozesse Mitwirkung an Vertriebsaktionen, Projekten und Veranstaltungen mit Verkaufsfokus Pre-Sales-Beratung von Kunden und Partnern und Vertriebseinheiten zu Produkten und Lösungen in der elektrischen Mess- und Prüftechnik via Telefon, E-Mail oder digitalen Meetings Analyse technischer Anforderungen und Entwicklung passgenauer Lösungsvorschläge für Kunden und Partner CRM- und Datenpflege: lückenlose Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten im CRM-System sowie Pflege von Stammdaten und Softwarelizenzen. Qualifications Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektroniker, Elektriker, Mechatroniker); idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Techniker, Meister oder Bachelor Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich elektrischer Mess- und Prüftechnik sind ein Plus Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb oder Inside Sales erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte (Bedarfsermittlung, Angebotserstellung und -nachverfolgung) Sicherer Umgang mit modernen CRM- und ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365) und Microsoft Office Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, eine weitere Sprache ist wünschenswert (vorzugsweise Tschechisch oder Französisch; alternativ auch Italienisch oder Spanisch) Fachliche Stärken: kaufmännisches Verständnis und vertriebliche Denkweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Beratungskompetenz, hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, ausgeprägte Kunden-/Dienstleistungsorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, Offenheit für Neues EEO Statement Zur besseren Lesbarkeit wird auf unserer Karriereseite nur die männliche Form verwendet.
